Fall in Bethesda and Chevy Chase is always a busy season for Foxhall Homes. As the leaves turn, our project sites have been a hive of activity, reaching major milestones from framing to final sales. 5305 Carlton Street – Bethesda

This fall, we reached the finish line at 5305 Carlton Street. This residence perfectly encapsulates our commitment to luxury and craftsmanship. We were humbled by the overwhelming interest in this project, which resulted in a successful sale shortly after completion. Finding families who want to move into our homes is the ultimate validation of our work as custom home builders in Bethesda.

7608 Leesburg Drive – Bethesda/Oakwood Knolls

We’ve officially "topped out" at Leesburg Drive! Framing is now complete, allowing us to see the full scale of this 7,000+ square foot colonial-craftsman home. We have transitioned into the drywall stage, and you can already feel the flow of the oversized front porch and the majestic stairwell with it’s three-story windows.

5821 Highland Drive – Chevy Chase/Kenwood

Over in Kenwood, the foundation for our Highland Drive estate is complete. As we move into the framing phase, the footprint of this traditional brick and precast stone residence is taking shape, promising to be a landmark addition to one of Chevy Chase’s most prestigious streets.

5206 Wilson Lane – Bethesda/Edgemoor

The planning phase for our European modern home on Wilson Lane is moving forward smoothly. We have officially applied for permits to bring this stucco-and-stone masterpiece to life. Given its incredible location near the Edgemoor Club and downtown Bethesda, we are being meticulous in every detail of the pre-construction phase.
