6916 Carmichael Avenue – Bethesda/Bannockburn Estates

Early winter saw the completion of 6916 Carmichael Avenue, and we are thrilled to announce it has already found its new owners. This mid-century-inspired home was a true labor of love, featuring a glass-walled rear elevation that seamlessly blends the interior with the wooded privacy of Bannockburn Estates. Its success—selling over list price in just a few short weeks—speaks to the demand for high-end, thoughtful architecture in the Bethesda market.

5828 Tanglewood Drive – Bethesda/Kenwood Park

We have also wrapped up construction at 5828 Tanglewood Drive. This mid-century-inspired residence offers over 6,000 square feet of luxury, including a versatile upstairs loft with neighborhood views. It is officially hitting the market this March, and we expect it to be a favorite for those wanting a move-in-ready home near Kenwood Country Club and downtown Bethesda.

At Leesburg Drive, the vision is coming together with the recent installation of custom cabinetry. Meanwhile, in Chevy Chase, our Highland Drive project has completed framing, and the traditional brick and stone aesthetic is starting to emerge.

The kitchen begins to take shape at 7608 Leesburg Drive.

Getting Started

We are ending the winter by securing our next big project in a familiar neighborhood.

7313 Helmsdale Road – Bethesda/Bannockburn Estates

We are returning to Bannockburn Estates! We’ve recently acquired 7313 Helmsdale Road. Following the success of Carmichael, this new spec home will also feature a mid-century modern aesthetic, utilizing red brick, walnut, and glass to harmonize with the mature trees and excellent architecture of the neighborhood.

5206 Wilson Lane – Bethesda/Edgemoor

Great news for our Edgemoor project—permits have been approved! We are ready to break ground on this half-acre European modern estate. With its proximity to downtown Bethesda and the Edgemoor Club, this will undoubtedly be one of the most significant new homes in Bethesda for 2026.
