Initial Consultation: Select the plan for your new home. We’ll tell you which plans fit on your lot, how long it will take to build it, and what it will cost.
Financing: Meet with one of our preferred lenders to begin the financing process.
The Construction Agreement: We will enter into a written agreement that covers the construction of your new home.
Engineering: The Engineer will prepare a survey of the lot and site the plan you select on the lot.
Selections: Select the optional and custom features you want to include in your home.
Permits: We will apply for all required permits. This step can take several months.
Construction: When the permits are received we take care of everything until the home is complete and it is ready for you to move in.
