Michael P. Villa
Michael Villa has 32 years of experience in residential development and homebuilding. He has held management positions with several of the largest homebuilding companies in the U.S. and with prominent local homebuilders Rocky Gorge Homes and Miller & Smith Homes. Before joining Foxhall Homes he was Division President of Engle Homes Mid-Atlantic Division.
Mr. Villa is a graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he earned both his master’s and bachelor’s degrees. He resides in Bethesda, MD with his wife, Ellen, and their three sons.

Jeffrey G. Scott
Jeff Scott has 23 years of experience with some of the most prominent homebuilding organizations in Metropolitan Washington, DC including Van Metre Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Engle Homes. At Foxhall Homes, he manages the company's construction operations including purchasing and estimating, field operations, quality control, and customer service. Mr. Scott has developed a reputation for meeting the customer's needs before, during, and after construction.
Jeff Scott is a graduate of Emory and Henry College. He holds a Virginia Class "A" Building Contractor's license. He resides with his family in Haymarket, VA.

James N. Proakis
Jim Proakis has extensive experience in real estate and land development. He has held senior management positions with some of the largest homebuilding companies in the U.S. Mr. Proakis manages all land acquisitions and land development operations for Foxhall Homes. He also negotiates debt and capital relationships with financial institutions and third-party investors.
Proakis received his bachelor's degree and master of public administration degree from the University of Baltimore and a juris doctorate degree from American University's Washington College of Law. He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association.
